These terms apply to purchases from and communication with Garment Gallery (Proprietor: Abhay Prakashkumar Shah), operating as Garment Gallery, a plus size menswear store and wholesale dealer in Ahmedabad.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are quoted at the time of enquiry and may change with stock and season.
- Wholesale rates apply to minimum order quantities communicated at the time of order.
- An order is confirmed only after payment or advance is received as agreed.
Payment
We accept bank transfer, UPI and cash at the showroom. Invoices are issued for every confirmed order.
Delivery
Goods can be collected from the showroom or dispatched by courier or transport at the buyer’s cost unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.
Returns and exchanges
Please check goods at the time of collection or delivery. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receipt with photographs. Exchanges are offered for genuine defects; goods that have been used, washed or altered cannot be returned.
WhatsApp messaging
Contacting us on WhatsApp allows us to respond to your enquiry. We request permission for subsequent order updates and offers, explaining the message types before you opt in. An enquiry or purchase does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages. Reply STOP or contact us to withdraw your permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
